These Terms of Use govern your access to Semantic Insight and its labor market analysis tools. By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these terms.
Semantic Insight provides labor market intelligence and compliance documentation tools for CTE programs, workforce development organizations, and educational institutions. The platform analyzes job postings against O*NET occupational standards and generates reports for Perkins V, Workforce Pell, WIOA ETPL, and program planning purposes.
You must create an account to use Semantic Insight. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Semantic Insight is currently in beta. You may be granted access as a beta tester by invitation. During the beta period, features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. Your feedback during this period is welcomed and helps shape the product. Beta access may be revoked at any time at our discretion.
You agree to:
Analyses and reports you create are stored in your account and are accessible only to you. You may delete your analyses at any time. Platform administrators may access aggregate usage data and activity logs to improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Reports and analysis generated by Semantic Insight are based on semantic matching algorithms and federal labor market data (BLS, O*NET, OEWS). While we strive for accuracy, outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before submission to regulatory bodies. We recommend verifying source data using the provided citations and JSON exports.
Semantic Insight is a beta product. Service availability is not guaranteed and features may change without notice. Semantic Insight does not guarantee that compliance reports will be accepted by state agencies, accreditors, or other regulatory bodies. Acceptance decisions are made by those organizations based on their specific requirements and review processes.
Semantic Insight is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors in analysis, regulatory decisions, or reliance on generated reports.
The Semantic Insight platform, including its analysis methods, interface design, and documentation, is proprietary. You may use generated reports for your institutional purposes but may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize the platform or its outputs.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
We may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves. Continued use of Semantic Insight indicates acceptance of any revised terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated revision date.
